Can some please tell me what's wrong with my chick(pictures)

I got my lavender from some in PA and yes I hatched her myself, she too had to wear the hair tie. Well for an RN your doing great as a chicken nurse...lol... How's the little guy doing this morning? Is he still up, we don't want him on his belly so hopefully he will stay up and once he gets some strength start doing the chicken thing such as scratching..

He's up still a little bow legged but my gosh continues chirping!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's drinking and eating and has a runny butt

Are his legs too far apart?? and also can you see the butt it's always wet

Yes, I would put this hair tie back on only make it a little tighter to bring his legs closer together try that for a day and will see what he looks like tomorrow, we may have to give him two days. The one leg is definitely looks like its still trying to go to the side. I can't see his butt keep trying the oatmeal to see if you can get it to get solid.

It's much worse now, he can't stand lays on its side tries to stand but can't ,chirped all night and this AM still can't stand am thinking I will have to

I can't even type the word, I don't want it suffering and that's what it seems like it's doing, I will have to have my husband do it, I don't think I can, any humane way of doing it?

That's terrible, sounds like a defected little guy sometimes you get those, alls you can do is either keep trying or stop the suffering. I'm with you either way.

It died on its own, I feel horrible!!! I do have have 2 dz more shipped eggs of Lav Orps and 7 Silkies hopefully I get a better hatch rate, I'm trying to get rooster and hen from different genetics, wish me luck.

Oh my god now that I would have never called for him to die that sooooo and that quickly.so sorry to great that but its probably for the best.
