Can somebody sex these white rocks for me?

Ok I've read that pullets grow feathers faster than males. Is that 100% true? I bought these guys at tsc a couple weeks ago and I'd like to know what gender they are.

I'm leaning towards Roo for the first one as he is slow to feather and his comb is already red and distunguished. Second one I'm not sure of. Could you get a facial shot?

The one in the first picture is probably a cockerel, based off of the large red comb. The second one looks more like a pullet, though I can't see her head.

the first is a cockerel and the second has a good chance of being a pullet. Post again in a few weeks
