can someone give me advice please ??

my rouen duck scratched her eye around two or three weeks ago and its only gotten worse. i always make sure she has clean water to swim in and rinse her eye out in and i use antibiotic eye drops that are okay for her but nothing has helped, today i noticed that her eye was barely opening and there was a bit of puss and im not sure what to do anymore ):

May I ask what antibiotic drops you're using for her eye?

Is she being very active? I ask because she looks very unwell in the photos.

For scratches, redness, and infections of the eye Terramcyin would be best used. Simply wash her eye out with a little bit of saline or eyewash, then wipe off any gunk with a damp towel, and then put a little dap of Terramycin on her cornea and it'll spread out. This may need to be repeated a few times daily.
