I don't know if it's too early to tell... (s)he is around 5weeks. Any help is appreciated!!

He sorta looks like a cockerel :)
His high stance, and poity feathers are some signs :)

My money's on cockeral, but I'm not seeing the easter egger. Yeah, pea comb, but a lot of breeds have pea combs. Where'd he come from?

That's what I was afraid of :( I got him from a local breeder.... He had "EE's", blue and black copper marans.

Thanks for the help!

Cockerel,
Yoiu sure that he is 5 weeks old cause weven for a cockerel he has very little feathers

Do not give up on it being a pullet. I'm terrible at the gender game, but last year I had 2 EE pullets that I was sure were roos.
I posted pictures when they were much older than yours(I think about 13 weeks). Both had the start of pointy hackle & saddle feathers, 1 had a sickle tail.
100% of the responses were roo for the one with the tail. Maybe 80% for the other.
I PMd a couple people that were very knowledgable, and got 100% roo.
I procrastinated giving them away, and lo & behold both started laying eggs.
