Just bought this today and it's full of mold

No clue as to the date but being that it's grit thinking that maybe the date it was bagged? Sept 13, 2018 or Sept 8 2013

If it's Purina, the 8 stands for 2018. That is how they label their bags, we called Purina and got the info last year. The first # stands for the last digit of the year, then the month and day, and the WA is the mill location. It would be the date it was produced. So it's just a couple months old.
However if it is moldy take it back and don't get any more from the same batch!

Sept 8th, 2013.. over 5 y.o and has gotten wet at some point or other. Return it..

I opened up another bag in front of cashier and it was moldy too. So I went with another brand. More expensive but I don't want to risk the health of my chickens. What scared me was I don't believe they are going to pull it off the shelves.
