can someone help me sex my favorelles

I got them from a private seller, I ordered blue laced wyandotte eggs and 2 came out favorelles,I contacted the seller and he told me that he also has a favorelle rooster so a few of the eggs accidentally got fertilized by him. As chicks they were yellow with a brown/black stripe on their back

I thought they looked like they might crosses. They're beardless (missed that this morning). And my screen they look blue! Faverolles chicks are yellow (just ignore the bantam white Fav chick in the center).

It will be interesting to see how they look when mature. I've had BLRW in the past and they're still one of my favorites.

. Anyone know what the cockerel in this pic with my little pekin might be ... He does a great job in the run but better yet he does not crow... Ever! I call him 'modesty' !

hes a mix of some sort hard to tell but it will be better to start your own thread you will probably get more responces then

Here they are as chicks. I didn't realize that mixing would create a hybrid look, I figured they would be one or the other

if that rooster runs wih the his flock they all could very well be mixes. the only to prevent the mixing is to keep them seprated.

I believe the breeder has Blue Salmon Faverolles, and allowed some crossbreeding. These are not coloring correctly. I almost wonder if the breeding is trying to play around with crossing Wyandottes and Faverolles to come up with a new color (maybe blue laced?).

you can tell they have the blue laced red wyandotte in them by their coloring and the favorelles due to their leg feathering and the 5 toes. but yes they are mixes and not pure
