The males have bright, larger combs and are bigger in size. And another thing with faverolles is that you can color sex them: the males are much, much darker than females usually.

Where did you get them? Their coloring is really odd, even for a hatchery. If I couldn't see the legs on the one on the left I would have said those are hatchery blue laced red wyandottes. What color were they as chicks? What kind of combs do they have? It's hard to tell from the pictures on my computer.

As for the difference between male and female Faverolles, here's a picture. Male on left, female on right. This is what they should look like.
