Just realized my chick was bleeding a little bit. Not sure when or how. Thought if putting neosporin on it but not sure if I can since they are not human after all.

Can someone maybe give me some ideas or some guidance from experience.

Plain original neosporin NOT the kind with pain meds. Also are they being kept in that tote or somewhere else?

I would cover /wrap with fresh clean gauze. That looks like a pecking injury.
I would also use Blukote as sufficient. That is an antiseptic.

Yes, the other chicks will peck it and make it much worse, that bird needs to be separated until it heals or they could kill it. That tote is way too small for the size and number of birds you have, they need to be in a much larger brooder.
