Can someone help my kitten?

That is an upper respiratory infection. That kitten needs fluids and antibiotics.
Get your cats to a vet. Get them treated. And for the love of all that is good and fuzzy, get them FIXED. There are low cost spay/neuter services. Get. The. Cats. Fixed. Or you will have a lot more vet bills in your future. A lot more kittens as well.
If it gets too out of hand, you might have a lot more complaining neighbors, a lot more animal control officers coming to your house, charging you with a lot more fines, and putting down a lot more of your cats. This is the reality for most cats born in the US; they get put down. Millions of them every year. Getting them fixed prevents all of that. And it's much more expensive to not get them fixed.
If you need a compelling argument for your parents, just look up what animal control fees , animal nuisance fees, and animal hoarding/cruelty criminal charges(which having cats, even just 15, that you can't afford to take to the vet can fall into) will cost them online. Compare that to the cost of getting your animals fixed. It's simple and compelling math.

Listen, cats are my hobby, Those kittens have a bad upper respiratory infection that needs an antibiotic. Also, kittens are usually born with worms. They and their mother need to be wormed.

I know its hard for you because your a minor and cant just take them to a vet yourself. In the best interest for the mother cat and kittens, if your family cant get them vet care, and the mother cat spayed, you should take them to a no kill shelter and give them up. I know that's hard and its not your fault.

I know this is a website for chickens but I had a question about my kitten if anyone can help. I have two kittens and they are both getting skinnier and skinnier. They are not throwing up but they were in the past but it was just clear fluid. I do give them Zyrtec I read it's okay to give it to them online but could it be causing them to lose weight? They do eat regularly and they do nearse on their mom. We have about 15 cats and a couple of months ago one got lost and came back with worms but he's better now. Could they have worms?

Are they barn cats. I have a half tame Orange Tabby. I have taught him manners again, he can say 'Hello,' and 'Food' and he knows what 'Out,' means. Long story short he is a big fatty in the winter, and now he is leaned down because in the summer he chases and eats lizards. Lizards have no nutritional value, but they are filling. It slims down hunting cats in the Summer. I think between my wife and I, he knew when we are feeling under the weather and kept depositing voles on the front porch.

He is an intelligent cat, that someone dumped by the side of the road a couple years ago, and we brought him back to life, and he roams and hunts, and can come back home. He has the best of both cat worlds. The neighbors don't mind him, as he is their pest control too.
