Can someone help us identify what breed of chicken we have? And...is this a rooster?

We found these two chickens after a sale. Someone had left them behind. Any ideas what breed?

Can you post better full body pics of the birds standing naturally???? The second hen looks like she might be a brown Leghorn. I can't tell much on the first one or the third one.

She could be a Light Brown Leghorn, I see a glimpse of a white earlobe.

The second picture, the hen definitely has white earlobe.

Still need a better pic of the one. It's really hard to tell anything. In the first pic you posted, it looks like she might have feathered legs??? Both pics are too blurry to really tell anything.

I think I see pointy saddle feathers on the black plus some splashes of red coming in on the wing bows so I'm going with roo. How old is he supposed to be? Do you know what color of Marans he is supposed to be? And, is he supposed to be French Marans or American?

And I'm standing by my initial thought on the one hen... brown Leghorn.

No, she does not have feathered legs. Her eggs are brown with a greenish tint.
