I also have that. I've also checked for mites and lice so many times and nothing. Our rooster is separated into another flock from that chicken so basically no rooster.
 
Well mine is regular hen laying food with some fruits and veggies here and there. They also graze on the grass during free time.
 
Feed her 20% or higher protein feed till her feathers come in. And coat her skin with neosporin every other day till the inflammation is gone.
