I got this week-old chick from the feed store. I know nothing about it, not even if it's a chicken. Please identify!-

Sorry, it's too hard to tell with the red light on it. Can you get more pictures with just normal lighting on it? In the picture where it's being held in someone's hands it looks like it could be a Rhode Island Red but the other pictures look like there is some white on the wings which those don't have. Maybe it's a red sex link? It's definitely a chicken though!

with that lighting it could be a Red sex link, a RIR, a NHR or a Production Red. How's that for narrowing it down?

Does it have 2 orange stripes down it's back? If so, it's a Red Sex Link.

Sorry about the red. Anyways, there are no orange stripes. The feathers have white on 'em.
