didnt know he had a peafowl one. I use the heck out of his chicken one though and it's always dead on the money for the out come. He definately has done his home work on genetics!!

I looked at it....not sure how to use it.....

I just looked at it too, that's a little more complecated than his chicken one, on it, you just pick the named colors of the birds you are using from his list, go to calculate crossing, and you are done. You can then pick any of the offspring cross the to each other, or a parent and do it again, so forth and so on.

Personally, all the big B's little b's ,squiggly lines, dashes, all looks like ancient Greek to me

The OP was asking about a breeding chart, which legg's doesn't have in full. But the pictures are nice for seeing which colors things are.

If you provided the picture or told him where he could get them and any genetic info you have on gene's or other interactions that he does not already have.
He indicates on the page that it is based on what is available in Europe.

I am sure that when provided the info he could put the appropriate resources to work ensuring that it is as good as the chicken calculator.

Indeed they do, but the OP was looking for a breeding chart that is simple to visually use, because they were having a hard time understanding the genetics when explained.

Hi,

Note the green bar at the bottom. You can add the other genes there.
What I propose is that you list the genes here and whether they are
dominant/recessive/intermediate
sexlinked
(gene symbol)

Also you can adjust the calculator with a wizard, add genes, add combinations eg cameo + purple = peach and post a new link.
