Here's a pic of an infected chick.

The other eye isn't swollen like this. The chick isn't sneezing but other chicks are. Please help. Do I need to cull? I haven't quarantined it yet bc I don't know what to do. It still eats and drinks too

How much ventilation do your chicks have?
Photos of your brooder, coop/run - wherever they are kept?

Flush the eye with saline, remove any pus or debris, then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye.

What symptoms do you see that make you think this is Infectious Coryza? Do you have that disease in your existing flock(s)?

windows open on both sides of garage. Will be moving them to the coop as soon as its done. There's no pus, no debris, nothing. There's no other symptoms really, and this is my first flock. A couple chicks have crusties on their beaks but no sneezing coming from them. The ones that I have seen sneeze have no mucus or crusties, nothing. I only thought it was coryza because of the eye being puffed up like this. But no one is lethargic and everyone is eating. Even this chick is eating and drinking. Last night one chick had an eye issue (but no swelling) and some mucus out of its beak, but this morning its back to normal. I attached the brooder and a better picture of the eye

Make sure there's good ventilation and no ammonia odors.

Still not clear on the eye, if you can get another photo that would be good.
Any signs of bug bites or pecking injury?

I'd still treat as suggested in my previous post.

Okay. I've quarantined her so I will clean the brooder again today because it does smell a little. Sorry she moves every time I try to get a photo. No signs of bug bites but they have pecked at eachother a little bit. She just scratched her eye a little and some liquid flew out. There were bubbles on it too.

What does the inside of the beak look like, any lesions or canker?

You don't necessarily have to quarantine her, whatever is going on with her, the others have been exposed too. I would leave her with the others unless they are picking on her. Separation is stressful.

Clean and flush out the eye, press out any pus. Apply Terramycin in the eye. Do this at least once a day.

It may be worth ordering some Tylosin to have on hand in case they get worse.

I'm just worried I'd have to restart if it is corzya! I heard I may have to treat them monthly if they have it, and we thought about culling her... unless you think it's not corzya. For a saline solution, is there a specific one I will need or can I just pick one up that can be used for people too? I'll check for lesions but I don't think there are any. Will Tylan work instead of tylosin itself?

It is itching its eye a lot. Maybe something is in there? I put the antibiotic on its eye

Maybe I missed it, but where did you get these chicks?
13 are from Murray McMurray hatchery. 9 are from a local farmers market, but I isolated those for like 3 weeks to check for signs of any cold or mareks or cocci. They had cocci and I treated it, and they seemed to be doing better after 2 weeks so I put a few in with my 13.
