Can someone tell me what breed this duck is?

@ducklover ~ i didnt think tractor supply sold mixes, it could have been the sunlight or something too when i took the pic.  ill see if i can get a better one tomorrow.
@dukkman ~ yeah, shes very social.  I dont think shes quite adjusted to me yet, we tried putting her in the kiddie pool again and she jumps out and goes right back to the coop door.  but she lets me pick her up no problem.  i have a black cayuga so I hope my lil girl gets the same temperament as she has kuz shes a sweetheart. I think she might think my younger ducks are her babies, they run in their own lil flock, its cute.  My niece and nephew have named her "mama duck" because shes "humongeous" lol

True it could be the lighting. Tractor supply don't sell mixes so if anything its just a dark khaki Campbell. Depending on her age will depend on that too. My khakis were darker until they molted now they are a light brown.

yeah, it might be, I believe they got her in march or april this year, so shes pretty young. Could just be that she hasnt molted yet.

watch for a drake curl and the head to turn brown with a green undertone. As the pictures you posted look like a Khaki, and a young drake at that. the ducks do not show a dark head like the one in your pictures.

this is more typical for a Khaki duck look aposed to a khaki drake

thanks, but aww man, I wanted her to be a girl lol.. she told me she was a girl.. Now, I have a black cayuga female and a blue swedish male, if this one is a male, is it going to cause problems? or do you think they will be ok?

Aww, what a sweetie! She - or he - could certainly be a Khaki Campbell. I had the same thought as CelticOaksFarm that the coloring in that picture looks rather drake-ish, but sometimes it's hard to tell at a glance with the Khaki Campbells.

There's quite a bit of color variation in the breed depending on the strain or, with mine, even the time of year. Even amongst the ones I have, which all came from the same hatchery, one is notably darker than the others - similar to your gal there. My darker gal does also have a head that's darker and I initially thought she was a drake until she started laying.

Whatever you have there, is a beautiful bird!

by the age yours is you should hear QUACK (duck) or whasp (drake) from the Khaki that will be a give away. When you pick it up and walk away from the others does it mutter mutter whasp or QUACK very clear and loud?

As far as two drakes and 1 duck, yes that usually leads to issues of drake fighting and over breeding, but we wont go there until you know for sure.

thanks! I guess I will just have to wait and see! thank you! (s) he is very pretty & super sweet. Im amazed how much she lets me hold her and stuff considering Ive only had her a few days. She doesnt like to be outside the coop though, is that normal.. If i take her out and put her in the kiddie pool, she will swim for 5 mins and then jump out and go back to the coop door trying to get back in. I thought it was kinda strange. When do ducks start laying eggs?

Well, I will just have to see what happens with them then lol.. Its more of a raspy sound I think, almost like a stuffy nose, but this is my first time having ducks, so I may not know what I am talking about. maybe I can catch it on video so someone with some knowledge can hear it.
I guess I could add another duck down the road if this one turns out to be a male, Ill just have to extend my coop. My fiance has been talking about extending the coop anyhow. :)

heres from their swim today, some of her is covered in shade, but the brown you can see in the sun is what most of her color is. Excuse the dirty water lol. my niece & nephew like to jump in and out with muddy feet to play with the ducks.
