Can someone tell me what breed this rooster is

I got this rooster when somebody ditched him near my house I’ve had it for a long time about three years now he’s very friendly but for the longest time I’ve not known his breed.

He appears to be a bantam and his foot feathering is much too heavy.
OP, what color are his legs?

It's hard to gauge scale from pictures, and I've seen overdone BCMs before

All good. He just doesn’t appear to be a BCM, in my opinion.

Definitely not a marans, the body shape and tail shape is completely wrong.
