Can someone tell me what breed this rooster is?

We just recieved a rooster from my girlfriends brother who couldn't have it anymore (one of his neighbors complained because of the noise it was making). He doesn't know what breed it is and neither do I so I was wondering if someone could tell me.

Ok here, sorry about the quality it was hard to get a picture of him because he's very scittish
