I can try but they are still fearful of me though I'm not sure why they were born into my flock under a hen?

Maybe they've imprinted to her? Possibly they see you as the alpha because she does, and since they're so low in the pecking order the fear you and your position?

Skittish birds are best to catch at night, then you can get them someplace with good lighting and take photos.

I don't see anything screaming cockerel at this point, I'd wait a couple more weeks and repost pics.
