Can started meat chickens be sold?

I have about 70 3 week roosters that I would want to sell. Some are broilers,Barred rocks, and Rhode Island Reds. I want to sell them around five-eight weeks old but do not know if there is a market for started meat chickens. The other question I had was if peole would want to buy ready to slaughter chickens?
