Can they eat immature corn?

A garden trellis fell on three immature corn plants and cut them clean off at the base. Can I feed them to the chickens?

I remember long ago, when I was a kid, my mom tried adventurous cooking. One of the recipes involved baby corn, only an inch or so long IIRC. It didn’t affect us, so it’s *probably* fine for chickens.

This cooking spell only lasted 1 1/2-2 years, but it was great while it lasted. First time I ever had empanadas.
