Can they eat immature corn?

Interesting question!

I remember long ago, when I was a kid, my mom tried adventurous cooking. One of the recipes involved baby corn, only an inch or so long IIRC. It didn’t affect us, so it’s *probably* fine for chickens.

This cooking spell only lasted 1 1/2-2 years, but it was great while it lasted. First time I ever had empanadas.

A garden trellis fell on three immature corn plants and cut them clean off at the base. Can I feed them to the chickens?
If they will eat them. Corn plants have been used for animal fodder for centuries. If you are talking about the immature ears, again no problem. Those have also been used for centuries.

The issue may be whether they will eat them, not if they are safe.

Good luck!

Chickens have their own app to know what they will eat.

Go to Google Play and search for Is It Good For Chickens App, install on your phone.

Once you do that the chickens automatically are able to eat only things that will not harm them.

If it works cash app me $59.99 each month for the monthly subscription fee.

Keep your phone charged and on at all times.

If you are having any trouble make sure their wifi switch is on and push the re set button several times.

You will find both installed on the back end of the chicken up under the feathers, inside a small hole, you have to operate by feel but usually the switches are just under the surface.

:rolleyes::rolleyes:
