can u treat with wazine and valbezen at the same time?

2 weeks ago I found worms in my chicken coop that looks like rice. I treated with wazine for one day. A few hrs ago I put more wazine in their water today for a second dose. I had been checking for more worms and found none. For some reason I checked poo again (after putting the wazine out :-( and found more when I thought they were gone. I have valbazen. Should I take the waz out and just do oral valbazen or do both at same time?

Wazine is so hard on them if they are very ill they may die if you give another wormer so close in time. I'd try to hold off for 10 days if it were me. That is what I would do for my flock.

Of course if you feel that they are in extreme danger from the tapeworm that is different. I have not dealt with tapeworm but have given both meds that you are talking about. I have seen my flock suffer from Wazine (totally healthy flock with no worms at the time).

Thank You chickens are sweet. I'm going to remove the wazene because I don't think it worked the first time anyways. Don't think they had time to drink much before dark so I'm gonna treat w valbazen tomorrow in bread.
