Yes, you can always call guineas back home! In fact, they're so hilariously devoted to your voice that if you call for them they'll run along with your car as you're driving. You have to watch out because they're so dumb that they'll let themselves get hit.I have a week old flock of 10 keets and I want to be able to call them to me when the grow up.
My adults come running for treats and my 3 month old juveniles come running for feed. I keep some in a cup and they run to me when they hear the cup rattle.I have a week old flock of 10 keets and I want to be able to call them to me when the grow up.
Yes, they can if they like it.Can guineas eat sweetcorn?
As I’m sure you’ve found by now, they certainly can and will! My guys are a little less enthused about it than what I’m reading here but they eat it when they run out of the greens I give them. Just be sure it’s a treat and not a meal (no real value to them, it’s like eating popcorn per experts). Can guineas eat sweetcorn?
I want to know where your guys came from! Mine now, suspiciously, eat out of my hands for almost everything- but they don’t have any manners to speak of and are very rough with those big bills. They don’t mean to hurt but I’ve had many times I thought my fingers were being treated as the snack. That is good, very good, (I find they are more gentle than chickens!)
And it help increases the chance of them following you.
