We are putting a quarter teaspoon of acidified copper sulfate in our chicken's water for a fungal infection. I can't find a source or an article about whether you can still eat the eggs or if you should toss them. Can anyone answer this / have experience with this?

Thanks for the article reference. I found a few -- very few -- other threads about it. It seems that since it is a nutritional supplement, it would be safe, but I was hoping to find something definitive.

Copper Sulfate is an ingredient in many chicken feeds,
read the fine print on nutrient tags sewn into bottom of feed bags.
