I've seen it done to say "UPDATE"... but I have no idea how.

Yes, go to edit, like you would for your post body and you can edit the subject line there...

I believe you can go back anytime and edit..

just go to your original reply and look at the bottom of the text page. you should see edit quote. just click onto edit and away you go !!

I personnally never use it because I never make mistakes/mistakes/misstacks..
