Can you encourage hen to go brody?

I have mixed breed. My flock 10 hen's , one rooster:)

If you can find some fake eggs you can try leaving 4 or 5 in a nest you view as preferred by the one you think most likely to go broody, and see if she shows any sign of broodiness. Works best with breeds more likely to be broody, but you can read people's stories about their hatchery white Leghorns going broody, so anything is possible.
 
I try that a week ago I left 6 eggs in nest and still nothing:/
 
none of your girls seem to be a breed that goes broody more than the others so it really is just a waiting game. just keep leaving eggs in the coop or maybe some fake ones so it wont attract preadtors.

They are around 10/11 months old, they lay for 3/4 months now
