Can you feed them the raw "left overs" from butchering?

I haven't processed my own birds yet but whenever I do my rabbits I tip the tote and let the cats and chickens go through it. I should get some pictures the next time. I had 2 cats and 3 chickens fighting to get a choice bit the last time.

I give them the hearts, livers and kidneys from rabbits, deer, ducks, chickens. they love them and run over each other for them. Helps reduce feather picking and extra protien for molting chickens.
