Can you help ID these 10 week old Ameraucanas?

Spurs are a poor indicator at a younger age. Your first signs are going to be larger, redder comb, thicker legs and hackle/saddle feathers.

They are both cockerels. Pullets tend to have shorter tails, the males are longer and curve at the end. My ameraucana's are from him too. When I have a second, I'll put up some pics - don't have any males, I was able to pick them out at 6 weeks, so I didn't take those home. (split order with a friend and she sold them as I told her they were males)
 
I would say they are both cockerels as well. I got 6 Ameraucanas in March, and 4 of them looked like your # 2 at that age, all 4 were boys. Sorry
