Glad to hear your keeping T-Rex. So are you going back for more chicks? I would, maybe you could end up with more blue crosses to breed to T-Rex in the spring. If not then you'll have more broilers.

And then be able to send me some eggs.

He is just gorgeous and I don't say that about many chickens other than my Buttercups and a select few Naked Necks that are around. I could reserve a May hatch in my incubator for T-Rexes babies, just let me know.

Oh, almost forgot the crested. It could be a brabanter and they are in demand and a little hard to find. So, ya you could probably rehome it.

I'm not sure if we would get chicks big enough fast enough, the cool weather in most years starts right around labor day. I've been hunting tonight on local swap boards seeing who had what for chicks -- most are offering roos though but I am hoping I can find a few girls to add.

So, have you checked back with the same place you got these from. They might have some chicks a little older for you to finish raising up. Just a thought.
