Can you help with eye problem

hi was hoping someone can tell me what this eye problem might be and what can be done about it. just pick this little girl up this week and was hoping to help her out. thanks

This is similar to the post I had, my hen has a cloudy eye like this, but the eyeball looks kind of shrivelled. I'll be watching to see the replies.
