Can You Keep Cats with Chickens?

He really is. Is there anyone else who can take him near you?

I wish! Been trying to find him a home all summer! Everyone around here already has barn cats, so can’t take one that needs to be solo.

One of my young barn cats managed to catch and eat an adult grackle this morning. He's never bothered any chickens though and I have a million babies outside

My cats would bat at chicks but avoid the bigger once since the chickens are interested in 'the never blinking eye'.
The hens easily shoo off my cats.
