Can you remove Spoilers from your signature?

I would think you just edit your signature line and highlight the control and delete it.

I've tried that
it just leaves me with nothing in my spoiler but the link to my spoiler is still there.

If editing your signature doesn't work, you may need to click the "source" button and then remove the specific spoiler code manually or remove all the code and start over.
