I guess it makes as much sense as having any other dead, stuffed animal in your home. Some people get their pets stuffed... maybe someone was really attached to these roo's

The artistic aspect of it is kind of cool I think. I had to learn a little about taxidermy in a class I took last year and it really was fascinating. I will never look at stuffed critters the same way again!

I cannot even stand the thought of cremating and keeping them in the house! My mother even offered to pay to have my beloved dog cremated and she could not understand why the very idea creeped me out so bad. She is buried under the trees in the yard behind the chicken pen.

When I was a kid, my neighbor wanted to stuff her OLD mutt when it died and put it on her mantle. If she had, I likely never would have set foot in her house again! Chickens are a bit different though. Not as creepy as stuffed pet dogs!
