It was a double yolker. was much bigger then my usual doubles.....3 inches long and 6 inches diameter at it's widest.....alls I can say is I know why she is my honriest pullet

Believe it or not, I once had a meat bird get to laying age and she laid a triple yolker(and a few double yolkers!)!

This is my super egg today!! It is about 1/4 bigger than my double yolkers I get (and I've gotten a lot!!!!) Nothing makes me happier!!

Nice egg, poor hen probably needs a sitz bath now

. I am getting one monstorous egg a day now and they seem to be growing.....our pullets matured fast and if u look at some of the photos of my Roo he was HUGE at 5 1/2 months. I feel it is just an eggxtra special part of egg gathering when I find the huge one!

You made me LOL with that sitz bath. Maybe because I'm pregnant with #3 and it really hits home! I think I may be having more fun than my kids, wondering what those hens are going to leave for me!!

I told my Hubby "imagine having to give birth everyday to a 11 lb baby" . I had 4 rather large kids myself and I can imagine it is not too comfortable laying super eggs,bless their little chicken hearts
