Can you Tell its Gender this early?

Oh Wow, and thats 9 weeks you said? Hmm... maybe mine is only 3 weeks. He/she is just so BIG compared to the other egg his/her mother laid. Yours is very very pretty... When your red frizzle still had a lot of baby fluff like mine does, was it as light in color as mine? I'm confused as to what color this little guy is going to be.

Just for reference..this is my 3-4 week old cochin bantam who is not really a frizzle but not normal either! Same age...feathered quicker...thought for sure pullet...also a roo. Here They are about two weeks older.
