Can you tell me if this is a roo?

Hey all!
this forum is great. I’m trying to tell if this barred rock is a rooster. I have 6 that are about 15 weeks old. None of them have wattles yet except this one which has pretty long wattles.It seems like it’s hackle feathers are a bit longer too. Any help?

Well, now this is hard. I️ have a hen that looks exactly like that. But on the other hand, if it is that much more developed, than it could possibly be a roo. I️ hope someone else can come by and help you.
