can you tell me the breed of my geese and how do i tell what one is male and female?

If one is male and the other female, the male will make more of a hissing noise when "challenged"

that is not always true. We have a goose who LOVES to hiss and carry on, its just her way.

Like Pete... being English I would say that they do understand us..... I would say that they are probably both Embden... one Male and one Female - I do have Embdem here and would hazard a guess that they are both of the same breed.
