Can you tell me what breed he is?

That's him 8weeks and full grown. He came out of the golden sex-link/plymouth rock bin. I didn't know he was a rooster. When he was 8 weeks old he never crowed and still looked little compared to his friends who were born the same day. The only way I knew was that his wattle was very big compared to the others. Here's a picture of another when they were little
