Can young chickens go blind?

Meet Peanut Butter, black Orpington, hatched June 16, 2012. About a 5-6 weeks ago, her poo was red. I wasn't sure if it was intestines or Cocci. Turned out not to be Cocci. Thinking it maybe worms at the time, I went to the feed store and they suggested Wazine. She seemed OK for a little while then she would just stand around with her eyes closed. I tried Oxine (found it one of the threads) in a humidified because it seemed she may have had a respirtory infection, it didn't do much so I put her on tetracycline. She's seemed a little better, but she was still standing around with her eyes closed most of the time. Looked like a couple of my other birds had worms so I used Valbezen on the entire flock. 2nd Dose to be given tonight.

Anyhow, she eats and drinks a little but still mainly stands around with her eyes closed. When her eyes are open, they don't look right nor do they open all the way. I also force feed her meal worms daily. Not sure what else could be wrong with her. Did I over medicate her in the past 5-6 weeks? What more can I do at this point? None of my other birds are sick in any way...they are all very active. Could she possibly be blind? Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Eyes being sunk in into head indicates dehydration. Look at lower legs. Do they look thin or bony relative to a healthy bird?

Her legs seem to be normal. This morning when I went out to the coop, she way lying on her side and her head was twitching as if she was having a seizure. After I returned from driving my daughter to school, I went out to the coop to cull her. She was standing up and seemed like nothing happened. She is also a little off balance, often times falling back on in the sitting position and sometimes a little wobbly. I've isolated her again. Just not sure what to do. I don't know of any local Chicken Vets.

The picture makes it look neon green but it more on the brown side of green. What is the green part was more solid, the the runnier was the light brown you see. I tried to move the poo out of the coop so it didn't get stepped on before I could get the camera, that is why it is separated.

Too much water in feces. Digestive damaged. Could still be cocci or worms. What was the active ingredient used in medication? You may not have effectively cleaned birds of parasites. With either cocci or worms multiple days required for intestines to repair. How does the poo smell? Rancid or sweet? If yes, then secondary bacterial infection at play. Use of antibiotic in water would then speed recovery.

Wazine: Piperazine base

Oxine: Oxine utilizes chlorine dioxide chemistry

Valbezen: albendazole

As for the poo, I didn't notice any order smell it this morning. Would it hurt to put her an antibiotic? And should I put the whole flock on it as well?

She is now gaping. I am going to do the q-tip test on her when i have some help this afternoon. What I have read is that Valbezen will cure gape worms; however needs more dosage? I am wondering how much more, since I already gave her the 2 dosages for worming.
