I don't believe that's going to be possible. Migratory birds and their eggs are protected by law, unless the Interior Dept has tossed that one on the scrap heap, too. Assuming you're in the USA, that is. Canada and Mexico may have different laws permitting it, but you'd be out of luck trying to import them if you're in the US.
