canada goose question: what does standing on one leg and extending the opposite wing out mean

This male bird deliberately did this when I was talking to him- right side leg off the ground and the same right wing extended out, off the body, other side standing and relaxed. Does anyone know?
 
Seems he was just stretching. He must have felt safe around you. My goose does it when she relaxes. I call it goose tai chi. Did it look like this?

Mine does the same. And seems to do it when excited. Following for answers
