Ours took a bit longer, but lay solid. It’s a sign of slow, natural growth. Normal for heritage breeds.

Farmers Daughter, do you have BCM? I got one pullet in August from Darwell. She is not laying yet and has no any copper color. Normal? She is 19 weeks.

Hey all, Okanagan Valley checking in. No chickens yet but working on it, gonna finish my coop in the fall for some chicks in the spring. Looking at getting some Australorps and Rhode island Reds. Just gotta find a hatchery in BC for them.
