I'm still frantically looking for someone to go in with me for an order from Performance Poultry. Anyone in the Ottawa area looking for:

partridge chanteclers
salmon faverolles
blue or black silkies
and/or
Ameraucanas?

I have to drive out there from Chesterville (between Ottawa and Cornwall) to pick them up, and I'm willing to drop them off anywhere in between. I only want one of each (or whatever blend I can get) and they won't do less than 4 of any breed. Also, the silkies and chanteclers are only available straight run, and I can 't have any lads.

Surely someone in Eastern Ontariowants a few chicks of these super-friendly breeds...Anyone?

I'm sure you could sell any extra hens/roos you ened up with by buying straight run.

Just a thought, also check out poultryswapontario, I'm sure you can finder breeders of all of those breeds there.
