Yup! I just candled some, think I saw the eye? At least 3 babies but I think about 5! Can't wait, my broody hen is surprisingly patient with me doesn't seem to mind me candling her eggs at all as long as I put them back in a few seconds!

Would the thicker area move around? I candled it and when I shifted the egg it would move around like it was floating.

thats normal, looks like a blank egg to me, that looks like the yolk.

Hi all I'm back with some good news for anyone still listening!! I am on vacation but a friend sent pictures, my hen now has one chick and another egg hatching. I will get some pictures to you all soon!!

As far as I know no activity in the other eggs. But I didn't think they would even hatch until Sunday so this was a bit of any early surprise.
