Candled eggs at Day 21 No movement

I see what appears to be blood insde two eggs, the others no movement at all. I don't have the guts to do an eggtopsy. Do you reckon they are dead being no movement. I realize that you do NOT generally open an incubator or mess with them at lockdown, but I had a bad spike in temp a few days ago, and had a feeling they were gone.
 
I would leave them for a couple more days... then if no pipping, toss them...

I would leave them a few more days just incase, ussually the last few days you won't see movement as they are big and running out of space to move.
 
ditto I can never see movement in mine at the very end because the chicks are squished in there so tightly. Can you hear any noise inside the egg? Try tapping on it and then listening.
