Candling Eggs

Candled first eggs tonight at day 3 and seen veins in a couple light colored eggs but some of the brown eggs and the dark brown Maran eggs all I can see looks like a yolk. I know it could be to early yo tell but is this normal? Im really not sure what Im looking for.

I usual don't candle until their at least a week old. then you should know by then if their any good.

We candle the first time at two weeks.

everyone has their own method, but at day 10 its really easy to tell, if half the egg is a dark mass its developing.
