Hi everyone!so ive got 24 quails eggs in the incubator with 9 days to go and have tried candling them using a very powerful led torch but just cant see anything! No light shines through except one egg that has a slight crack in and that shows bright yellow so I guess I wont get anything out of that one but have kept it in in case! So my question is, if I cant see any light shine through or shapes etc is that a good thing and does it mean my babies are growing? Im reluctant to try the float test as I dont want to risk getting the eggs too hot or cold. They are all coturnix eggs by the way! Thanks!

Ive got 170 coturnix eggs in the bator as we speak. I cant see into a one of them. While aggravating, just let the hatch play out and give the ones that ont hatch a few extra days. Hope all will go well for you
