Candling Question

Ok so my first batch is in the bator on day 2. What am I looking for when I candle dark eggs? Just a dark mass? Or what? If anyone has pics that would really help and I will post pics (if camera cooperates..lol) so maybe you can see what I don't. I really don't even know if they are fertile. How do you tell if they are? Being clear when you candle is quite vague being that every egg has a yolk. So any help please!!!!

How exciting! So, the first week you look for a spider web. As the embryo grows, you can see them move. It's sooo cool when they reach that stage! Anyways there is some really cool links on here... https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=119420
