Last night we got rid of what we thought was a bad egg. We are now down to eight from ten eggs in our incubator. We are on day 19. There were no veins and no movement at all and a very bloody mass. Our gut instinct was this was a bad egg. Just checking that we will always see movement of the embryo. The images of candling online are helpful but I haven't seen anything commenting on what movement can be seen/swimming around in the egg?! Any help appreciated thank you.

On day 19(for chicken eggs) if you see something swimming around in the egg----you got a bad delayed egg. Eggs should be dark with little light shinning through the egg. Like this.
