CANDLING--- what am I seeing in my eggs??

I've sniffed some. I stopped when the humidity went down to 50, so I'm waiting for it to go back up before I opened it again.
 
ONE HATCHED!!! isn't it a cutie? Do you have any ideas about the breed?
